HIIP's main industries, namely Logistics, Manufacturing, High-Tech, R&D, and Administrative facilities are combined in clusters allocated in concentrated areas with green pathways and parks that connect them for easier networking..

Highway 1 and Routes 10, 11, 12, and 23 through HIIP provide direct links to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and Syria.
