Habbaniya New City Master Development Plan
Since 2016, the development plan has undergone consultations from the Anbar local government and a great deal of discussions with MOCH’s technical committee, and was finally approved by the Minister of MOCH on January 7, 2020. This approval process means that TRAC has been designated exclusively as a Master Developer with legal development authority for the business site.
